The urine is only the electrolyte, the chemical reaction would be:
Mg + Cu2+ --> Mg2+ + Cu
The battery would also work with pure water. But the whole thing won't be a very "clean" source of energy. Copper chloride is not good for your environment.
The Russians did it first, decades ago, orbiting Earth with the computing power of a C64. So what's new, 40 years later, going up into the sky 100 miles and falling down again. Not even going into orbit. There is no invention, no progress, only privat funding. This is only an aircraft going rather high, no space flight at all.
Just like in, what's so exiting about all that.
Apart from the fakt, that the used water is used further as drinking water and would have been needed anyway, you should consider the amount of water a power plant uses to be cooled to produce the energy to cool these building the conventional way. Think first!
I think more important than the naming scheme is, that these cpus are faster while producing less heat. I don't like my computer being louder than my hairdryer.
Do a little math: 60% of last years dial up users diddn't want to switch, but many people did, so 60% of the remaining users is less. Some people just take longer to appreciate the blessings of DSL.
Knowing a bit about chemistry i have to say, that it is quite possible that the testing just went wrong. For the testing liquid to work, it is necessary that a littlebit of silver is solved. As the liquid is on a watery basis und the silver is surounded by some kind of grease, they don't mix and no silver is solved so the test couldn't possibly work. Some concentrated nitric acid should solve the problem and the thermal paste as well.

You would think it deafened everybody instantly, but no, thy even invited him to German TV-shows.

Now that seems sensible, giving up my freedom, so after I'm dead, people won't have to much of a hassle.
Just before they "ZZZAP!!!!" him to death, thy might wonder, why he wearing a rechargeable batteries on his chest. And proceed ....
