Can you say monopoly hungry company. Haven't MS people learned from the pat. IPTV is a good idea but would my favorite show CRASH if I ever got to the good part of a Discovery program? Give it to a muiltimedia company or someone to develop....
I think that's a wee bit overkill. There's already tax for gas and your car and everything else. The products you buy are more due to transport, this would most likely increase it [think about the trucking industry going millions of miles everyday]. Furthermore, who needs the taxes? It may be a good idea but its also a privacy intrusion. Ok it may be useful for jacked cars or other crimes, but so what. There are already somewhat [not very] efficient ways to do that as it is. Also, there wont be taxes on motorcycles, mopeds, and other kinds of vehicles.
Quick, everyone buy a harley!
Not only this, but the cost will most likely go down in the future with mass production of RFID tags. Its not a bad idea to monitor medication anyway...much of it can be improted that really is not that medicine and will have no helpful effect on your health... At least you know the government is trying to do SOMETHING to benefit and protect YOU....
Not only is this coax a bad choice for microwaves [2.4 GHz] but it will probably not fix your problem much at all. Considering this wire is not designed for microwave, you will have considerable loss in the power emitted and would most likely be better off leaving the wireless transmitter near the computer and metal wall to begin with. USB tends to be lossy too but probably no where near the coax. If you can try to place the Access Point and/or Wireless card as high as possible in your location and across the street to help propigation....
It certaintly seems that FC 1 and 2 were not up to par [especially on my Athlon64 machine]. I even recently changed to Mandrake on my server from FC2 functioned reasonibly until i was fed up without several server functions [such as imap, mailman, etc]. I hope the install process is much easier as well for FC3 because I will then be willing to try it in order to revive my lost interest in the former Red Hat project... Please tell me if it is much smoother than previous versions.
Who said the slashdot effect is only for HTTP servers?

Just remember that Gmail is not 1GB of storage. It is short by an entire 24 MB! [a gig is 1024 MB, very important...]
