Alright! Now I can get drunk, pay my tab, and be tracked where ever I go. I'll never be lost again! In fact now the bartender will know exactly what I like so when I'm too trashed to order he will still know what I'm looking for.
In Addition, I'm sure other merchants will catch on to the fact that I have an RFID tag and they will make wonderful use of it as well! This is a marvelous idea! Maybe now someone will remember my name.
Isn't it great that we can "celebrate" the start of such a huge annoyance? I think I can truthfully say i liked SPAM better when it was a processed meat product.
Proprietary software only hides bug so I think microsoft is having a favor done by having the source code leaked. I mean it just forces them to fix all the bugs and security holes that people are going to find because of it. And noting microsoft's previous performance they should be paying people to find these bugs rather than bring up lawsuits. Proprietary software is just that proprietary which means while they're the only ones working on it they're also the only one NOT fixing bugs in it.
I'm wondering what microsoft is going to patent next? I've got a few ideas though:
* Waking up in the morning
* Brushing my teeth (or has someone already got that one?)
* The way I eat my cereal in the morning
(I've got more but I think I've got my idea across)
I think he's way off base here open source software has fewer holes. I mean look at windows it seems like I'm downloading a security update every day or two and the response time of microsoft is slow at best. While on the open source side if a hole is found it's fixed fairly fast comparatively.
And on another note is it not true that good security systems are made tried and true only by the availability of the workings of the system(source code)? Security of proprietary systems is cracked again while the tried and true still live on.
Coffe shops, book stores, airports, hotels, what's next!? You know where I want to see WiFi access? How about the doctors office, or the DMV? Where I unwilling have to spend hours of my life waiting for someone or something! Or what about WiFi at the grocery store so I can post my shopping list to my blog and then read it off to myself from the comfort of the grocery store asiles.

The free WiFi access is a win, win situation for both sides. People get free internet access which allows them to make better use of thier laptops while waiting at the airport, which we all know takes forever now, and for the airport and hotels it brings in people who want to stay and travel where they can get free WiFi access.
But, mainly this is a building block for a greater purpose of allowing internet access from literally anywhere.
I only have one question. Does this actually supirse anyone? I mean the is the US Goverment we're talking about.

So here's what I want to know:
Since it takes more "brain power" to lie then does that mean that smart people are better liars?

How about using mapquest before you leave?

That's one big cosmic ray...

Survival of the fittest and all.

Yeah. Give my GF a book on Linux Assembly programming. That should get those panties off in a hurry.
Really? Now that's my kind of girl!
