    The article was very good, but did not go far enough in explaining that this is only the tip of the ice berg.

    These banks ARE criminals because of the way they are holding poor, honest peoples money hostage, while conspiriring with a handful of 'rich & powerful', to keep the average citizen 'down-and-out' in debt.. or worse.

    The banks are the leading cause of 'phishers' since people cannot make an honest living these days without having to either be a scum-bag like the rich, or they have to litterally 'kill themselves' at a 'regular job'.

    Why does /. promote a man's book who still hasn't even come close to perfecting the technology that we all know him for originally-- (speech recognition).

    I've heard this man speak recently and what I heard was simply another member of the Jewish Mafia (who think they run the earth).

    This old-foolish-man's lack of putting God into the equation shows just how stupid he really is.

    For instance, like Bill Gates JUNIOR, he never mentions how we (The People) are supposed to wrestle the power away from the hand full of scum bags who are attempting to control the whole earth.

    Even if some of his 'great' predictions come true, it will do the average human absolutely no good, because the same powers that be today, will simply use these new technologies to enslave us even further. :(

    I think it is time for the open source community, as a whole, to better consider its public image. Incidents like this, involving one of the premiere Linux vendors, do unfortunately tarnish the image of our community quite badly.

    Frankly my fellow /.'r, HARDLY ANYONE IN THE COMMUNITY GIVES A DAMM!!

    Other than the big bouys like red hat and suse, the community is quite content with itself since it is NOT in it for the $$, but for the betterment of ALL!! :)

    You don't deserve to modded 'Interesting' since you clearly foster the fud that m$ creates which doesn't really hurt 'the community' (that you claim to be a part of).

    Apparently /. is infected with more m$ spies than any of us would care to admit. :(

    Well, it's much easier to hack an open-source OS, because the code is right there for you to use!

    When was the last time you even met someone that found it so 'EASY' to hack an oss?

    Actually the reason that unix/linux hacks are quite unusual (compared to m$), is because microsoft doesn't even have the code to secure their systems!! :)

    You said alot of what I would have.

    It was good hearing it from someone else tho, because it made me see stuff that I would not have otherwise.

    The problem with our philosophy here is that the system is not geared to have EVERYONE work for themselves, small companies, or as contractors to the large corpes.

    And you BETTER believe, they will do all they can to keep it this way. :(

    problem is that the government has the legal authority and power to do just that. Government has a legal monopoly on violence and the non defensive use of force which they are supposed to use with a lot more discretion than this ruling shows.

    First of all the government doesn't abide by any so-call 'LAWS'.

    So that makes them criminals.

    Secondly the term 'LAW' is thee most SUBJECTIVE word in history!!

    It is becoming more clear by the day that; 'The Law' is nothing more than a vehicle by the 'Jewish Mafia' to continue its 'attempt' at domination of the whole earth.

    'The Law'-- is a fleating aberition which is constantly; over-ruled, modified, mitigatted, nullified, found-to-be-illegal and most of all:

    Which by the way, is not only the BEST way to show the hand full of scumbads who 'think' they have control over the earth-- that they do not, but it is the ONLY way to show them!! :)
