If your had any point, there should be an immense difference between the "rich" countries you mention and the "poor" countries they supposedly offset their "education deficits" to. There's no such thing. Using your own examples, Slovenia ranks better than Austria and Italy. Germany ranks better than the Czech Republic, but that's not so surprising, because Germany ranks better than most European countries! Germany has a population of 80 million people. Is that not comparable to the US??? WTF???
