    If you move forward with your "ideas", awesome, i applaud that. What I do not like is people sitting on it, stifling inovation, and making sure we can't.

    Thank you for linking that, I missed that one.
    I'm still listening but I'm already disgusted and not surprised.

    Software = algorithms = math = non-patentable

    Copyright a user interface, sure, to a point
    Trademark an icon, go ahead
    Patent mathematical operations? No.

    I also read in color. To me, most words have a "temperature", used for lack of a better way to describe it. Interestingly, "hot" words are blue and the opposite leans towards red. Never really affected my dreaming though. I'm in full color and can remember at least one a night. Now, as for the content, I usually wake up thinking WTF was that all about.

    This might sound simplistic, but take some of your old code that you are very familiar with and rewrite it with C# constructs, if possible. I'll admit my knowledge of C# and its relationship to other languages in minimal, but this has almost always helped in learning of new syntax/datatypes/limitations for me.

    Linux already has something like this (minus the cache on demand) in the form of Knoppix + Klik
    All the files are stored in a single directory under your home directory which can be on a USB drive or anything. It also works with a hard-drive install of Knoppix.

    April 1st.....damn thanks for reminding me...time to go put the knoppix cd in my roomates computer and tell its was acting wierd so i decided to install linux. (wouldnt be such a bad idea if he wasnt such a final fantasy 11* addict)

    *maybe it works under linux (winex), don't know, dont care, just avoiding the possible flames. (spelling and grammer notwithstanding)

    The last CD EP we released came with high-quality mp3's as well as a few home movies/videos of the recording process. We also give away a bunch of songs on our website (see above). Yea, its a shamless plug....but at least it's ontopic.. :)
