The title is 'Gnome outreach for women'. It's not Linux that drives women away. Women just don't like Gnome. Doesn't match up to their aethetic standard. screen+emacs make the most efficient working enviroment.
I was discuss some math problem with a friend over msn, and we had a lot of trouble to get each other understood. I haven't used Jabber that much ( just tried centericq in linux a couple of times), but as it's based on XML, it sounds to be possible to use MathML and all the other ML languages in chatting. Isn't that very helpful to make Jabber more geek's IM?
I have quite different expierence. It happened quite often that I found a good place but couldn't retrieve the url from Google the next time.
Just registered in del.icio.us but feel pity that they don't support Opera very well. What attracts me, however, is the RSS feed they provide. It will help a lot to sync the bookmarks in browsers at home and at school, I hope.
