If you do them chemistry, it works out that a 1 Lr diet drink has SEVEN times the recommended daily intake of methanol. 1 can therefore exceeds it.
I bet it also doesnt mention that if you heat a diet drink to > 30 degrees C then it breaks down into methanol before you even drink it. You are drinking poision.
Ever since I stopped drinking this shit I have felt better in every way. I can concentrate more. My migraines have stopped. Have I put on weight? Nope.
The city also claims that Take-Two "marketed the 'Grand Theft Auto' series in a fashion that encourages the creation of (software modifications), which has added to the counter-culture image of the games, enhancing their popularity and hence their profitability."
Whats with this? Should Activision, ubisoft, etc, start shaking in their boots?
Seems like they are just trying to fill up the page with more waffle.
Ohh, and before you write another essay in reply to the parent, please respect that this is my own opinion. Yes this was requested as part of a settlement, but I didnt agree with the circumstances surrounding that lawsuit, on the grounds of my earlier post.
Microsoft, no matter how many people hate them, should not be penalised for being a sucessful business. There are plenty of alternatives to their product.
I mean, whats next?
Lets fine apple for making people with ipods (a monopoly) download itunes, which now comes with quicktime.
Lets fine sony (or X,Y,Z) for not playing songs downloaded by itunes.
Lets fine apple for not allowing other mp3 player play songs downloaded by itunes.
Lets fine KFC for not telling us the secret ingredient in the batter for the fried chicken, as some little take-away next door is suffering.
God forbid they see some pixellated nudity and crudely simulated sexual acts.
This is where the biggest divide between (I do not know really for the rest of europe) the UK and US lies, the human form. I mean - comon, Janet Jackson showed her nipple by accident on TV. Big Deal - Everyone I knew were more shocked at the reaction of the american public than the act itself. Its a nipple. Look down and you may be shocked at what you see.
One of the primary uses of the oil tax is to build public transport systems, but most rural taxpayers see very little of that benefit, making it more sensible to live closer to town.
One thing you're forgetting here, that 1% of the people who are now in rural areas REGECT proposals for new roads because it 'disrupts the lovely view'. That then screws everyone over. Only when the accident with the school bus happens do these rural purists then allow it.
warning - offtopic rant
Actually, im pretty pissed off with a lot of those people, as most of them are > 60 - especially with wind farms. Recently i'm sure one was regected in scotland that was 5 miles out in the ocean. They regected it because it would disrupt the view. It just so happens they will not be around when we all turn around and wished 'if only we had that wind farm'.
The main thing here has to be point 2.a, don't build your houses of wood. Out of every country I have been in, the US seems to have the biggest proportion of wood-builds.
The north of scotland regularly gets winds of 120mph (ok, it aint 160-200 but its still alot, and it is still only considered a gale here), but you will be hard pressed to find a building made of wood. While yes, people get hurt sometimes, it is mostly because of falling debris (trees, etc).
As for the water, it seems flooding is getting more and more common around the globe. Over in the uk insurance is skyrocketing for areas near to rivers beacuse of the increased risk. I'm sure I heard there was a website with 'danger areas' for potential homebuyers to avoid because of the huge insurance costs.
Ok, I posted the same info as a guy did 1 min ago because of the shitty post delay, but troll? Christ guys. Just dont waste your points if you are going to be like that.
And want a cheaper solution for keeping your bathroom mirror fog free, before you get in the shower/bath/whatever, rub some shaving foam into the glass. not alot - about a cm^2 blob. then rub with a very damp cloth so it dissapears and u can see your reflection.
Have the shower!
Get out, go to shave, and voila! No foggy window!
This nanotech gaff will definately work wonders in the car. Hey, it will mean I wont have to bust my gut when I get in having to clean every window of fog while my gf drives. now that I mention it, I should really learn to drive...
Why should I learn those mainframe operating systems?
Most people learn the popular systems because of just that - they are popular. They are more likely to get a job with those systems under the belt.
In my view, companies that are in need of these specialised skills should be the ones responsible for the training up - the computing courses should teach the skills required to learn the new OS quickly, not bog down with one or two.

Ernie: Looks like it's just a plane, Bert.
Bert: Ohh yeah so it is. Imagine that.
Ok, its one of the highest piracy areas on earth, but was there not some sort of deal microsoft brought to the table for lowering the fees there? There was a story a few weeks ago on it. Most likely the result of this.
not off topic at all, the article centers around the fact it was done for so little. Thats all i'm saying... And yes the computer was not part of the price, it's just odd.
I know dude. But think about it - if all the hospital machines are running windows too, then boy thats expensive for a place supposedly in financial strain. And it makes the P4 comment all the more stupid.
Note that in Scotland if you are released without charge or found not guilty the DNA is destroyed.

I'd bet you a big toe that apple would not be required to remove safari, itunes, etc if this was them.

Um, 'SERVER PROGRAMS', not desktop OS's. Get your facts right before you get up on your horse. How about understanding 'Read the full article', idiot.

whoever modded me Flamebait obviously has no sence of humor :)
maybe I was aiming a little high with that one...
You're the dialog of a typical IM user can't be distinguished from a brain-dead conversation bot?
heh, so it is! :P

Nothing to see here... yet again.

Anyone care to explain why this is modded down to troll, when it is nothing of the sort? Whos got the itchy trigger fingers today then.
Agree with you fully - but it is mostly the bbc's fault, they are always overblowing their stories.
