Seems like Viacom is trying to increase their compensation, which would mean higher rates passed on to the consumer. I hope Dish doesn't give in on this. My three year-old watches Noggin and I wouldnt want to lose it, but the rest of the channels basicly suck and I don't want to pay more just for them.
