If John makes use of Jack's real property in a "productive" way for seven years, and in that time Jack makes no attempt to assert title, John can file title on the property and claim it, citing his productive use.
I can only heartily agree. I have a compute-intensive.exe for which I have no source and no
resources to rewrite, thus wine is my only viable means to port to a real OS.
Works like a charm in wine, *and* because it's
compute-bound, its performance in wine beats that of the OS for
which it was written.
