hahaha... Umm.. You must be someone that leads a VERY BLESSED life. I've been waiting now for a Surgical appointment for nearly 3 weeks. We can NEVER get through to anyone that can ACTUALLY schedule an appointment. And they have been scheduling them on a PAPER NOTE BOOK at our local Kaiser office.
I also turned in over 90 pages of Medical records that I personally have collected from my former doctors before transfering to Kaiser. How many of them made it into my ELECTRONIC Record. 15 Pages, the REST POOF disappeared in to THIN air. The included relevant LABS run in the last 1 year regarding my condition and were needed by my Specialist for my surgery. I was told I needed to round them up again and give them to them.
I was also told by the folks that Run the records department that a VIRUS wiped out all of their Medical Records.
Ok, so where the heck does the money for this FINE go? To the FTC or the poor souls that had to report his enough for someone to do something about it. As one that has been harrased endlessly, I sure would like to know how I can get my some of my Time for answering and being endlessly distrubed by these calls compensated.
Look when you put Enterprise up against 4 other SCIFI shows. They didn't want it to continue. The signed a DEATH WARRANT to the series by putting it up against SCIFI's friday night line up. I sure hope UPN sell's the rights to the series to someone the likes of SCIFI. Would be nice to see what they would do with the show and series.
G4 Sucks so hard, it isn't even close to what TechTV is or was. ALL GAMING ALL the time should be that channels motto. They wouldn't know a useful thing to do with a computer if it Knocked them all off their XBox's or Playstations and clones.

Let's hope other big retail's that do this such as Fryes take note of this and stop this REWRAP practice and offering out of date rebates.
