The Mac mini is underpowered? Are you nuts? That little thing flies.
Oh, and if you're not in the demographic for a Mac, don't complain. Get a nice PC, tweak it out and enjoy. Your whining serves no purpose.
You're not vulnerable if you're not a target. Macs are not targets.
And I fix all computers, Windows, Linux, Macs. Mac people are no more or less smug than those other users. Most Windows people don't have a clue about firewalls, virii, trojans, or worms fyi.
Computer users are all the same. They just want something that works.
BTW I haven't had to remove a virus, trojan, or a worm from a Mac yet. I've done that for Windows machines all the time and make good money doing it. You do the math.
I've never had a reason to get a new PDA because my Newton MP2100 still does everything that I need it to do. Keeps my addresses, passwords and it's my alarm clock. I've even bought a house with it as I used it as a fax machine.
Still no need to get a new PDA and when I use it people ask me where they can get one. They think it's brand new since many of them have never seen one before.
Hands down, still the best PDA ever made.
It looks like they're only going to get 7 miles into this race. There must be some crazy feature that's keeping them from going any further. A bottleneck of some sort?
