I'm in Charlottesville at UVa. This area has pretty decent connections to the Internet, so it's no surprise that some larger website might be hosted out of this area.
Charlottesville is a nice town, but if you get too close, it's just like the DC area. (Plus you get the added benefit of seeing all the traffic to and from Northern Virginia, with all the UVa students, including myself.)
If you're looking at this area, you may want to check out the nearby towns of Orange and Gordonsville. They're close enough to C'ville, but just far enough out that they seem almost like the countryside.
This is why I'm sticking to CD-RW/CD-R for now. There are so many different formats in the DVD-RW market that it doesn't make sense to buy one now and then, *poof*, it's incompatible with everything else.
Imagine a Beowulf cluster of these!
*drool*
In Soviet Russia... Weta Digital rents a bit of YOU!

Shit. I misspelled Linux....with the misspelling being oddly close to *unix. Dammit.

Yes, exactly, and I was only "browsing" the open shares on her "disk drive."
;)
I wonder exactly WHAT *root* access means on HER system...
Way too many bad jokes. Reminds me of the Blizzard of 2003.
Imagine...a Beowulf cluster of these! *sigh*
