I bike to work too. I can't stand any type of exercise that involves a gym or standing still. Biking to work and for fun on the weekends is great. Gets you out of the house, can be done alone or in groups, and you can see things you will never see from a car.
I live in the bay area, which makes cycling even that much better. The Oakland/Berkeley hills are just blocks from my home. Riding up is quite a workout, but the views up there are well worth the effort.
My first thought was how much better the runner up looks. so much cleaner, yeah it hurts a little. I have to wonder what the reasoning was behind going with the one they did.
a few gigs of flash cards isn't at all the same thing. an ipod has tens of gigs and is self contained, meaning no cards to fiddle with, damage or lose and enough storage to shuffle music for days.
