In order to compete with J2EE it needs a few things.

    1) Object relational layer.
    2) Transaction control.
    3) Ability to call code in another container i.e some sort of a naming service.
    4) SOAP and CORBA support (at least SOAP).

In J2EE you can run many containers on many computers and the framework allows you to distribute your beans as you see fit. When you call a bean you can find it whether it's on the same machine or not.

What you are saying is that starting with the moment of conception a womans uterus now belongs to the state. She will be forced to carry this baby and give birth to it.

To me there is no appreciable difference between that and saying that the uterus belongs to the state and that she must not carry the baby and give birth to it.

"Currently, life is defined as beginning at birth, and so unborn fetuses have no rights under the Constitution,"

Yes and no. Abortion is illegal after the third trimester. So before then it's a baby, after that time it's considered to be a baby. There is one exception to that which is the life of the mother. If giving birth is likely to kill the mother the baby is killed. That seems reasonable to me. Apparently it's not reasonable to other people. Apparently the mother should be killed to save the baby which makes no sense at all.

What I find amusing is that pro life people talk about abortion as murder but none of them are willing to put the mother in jail for murder for having an abortion. That leads me to believe that they don't really think it's like killing a person. They somehow think it's more like killing a dog or something. Punishable by law but not like murder.

BTW did you know that abortions went up during the bush administration? Funny huh?

Second the links work just fine for people of average intelligence. Slashdot mangles URLS on purpose and you have to fix them.

Third I am shocked that those are the only pictures you found try memoryhole. There are lots more pictures and movies which were never released. Rumsfeld discribed them as "sadistic and sick". I would shudder to think what rumsfeld thinks is sadistic.

Fouth. I am not tarnishing the entire military. The republitard I was talking to thought that the worse anybody did was to put some panties on somebodies head. I wanted to set him straight.

Fifth. Nobody knows what is going on in the prisons in afghanistan, yemen, quatar or cuba. There have been many reported deaths in afghanistan prisons for example.

Sixth The US military has killed 16 thousand innocent civillians in iraq alone. It has most likely killed over a 100,000 people it classifies as combatants of whom the vast majority were conscripts. That's just iraq and that's just up to now. For what nobody seems to know. The reasons keep changing. We are about to go into faluja and kill another five to ten thousand people because they refuse to obey Allawi. How much sense does that make? So all those military members who did not torture anybody are going to run into a city with tanks and helicopters and take a few thousand more lives. Well at least they killed them with guns huh? That's much better then beating them to death huh?

It is you who is not thinking. It is you who blindly accepts whatever GW says. It is you who has swallowed all the propaganda.

As for evolution, I thought you guys didn't believe in that.

In china women are being forced to abort because they have too many people. If the sate makes the decision that it owns the women's uterus and has the right to dictate when a women can or can't have a baby then we are no better off then china.

Philosophically speaking there is no appreciable difference between forcing a woman to have an abortion or preventing her from having one.

What it hasn't been so far is some sort of a J2EE like framework for python. That's what it should be IMHO. If zope took that role on it could be an answer to everybody who does not like java or at least prefers python to java.
