Probably not MS directly. They will probably pull an SCO and fund somebody to do it for them.

This is a good tactic. Since MS/SCO is the only one suing they will probably never pay out.

Of course SCO is only suing it's own customers and partners so that might throw a monkey wrench into the plan. What happenes when MS sues one their own customers?

Right now, this very moment the US govt is bombing the shit out of a city with hundreds of thousands of human beings in it in order to kill a few thousand terrorists. BTW for amusement you may want to check out what he did to the state of Montana during his tenure there. He had a republican house and senate and they kept passing all these business friendly laws capping it off the energy deregulation.

As a result Montanans not only had one of the loewst average wages in the country their fule bills went up drastically.

Seems like they finally got wise though, they just elected a democrat to the gov office and the state senate is around 50/50

Having said all the Bush does seem to select extrememly conservative blacks and latinos so he can play the race card against the opponents. He did this once already with a latino judge. When people opposed him he accused them of being racist. One evil motherfucker that's for sure.

I didn't have these kinds of problems when I was running windows 2000 on the same machine. On my machine windows XP is less stable then windows 2000.

That's probably because it's a year old Dell. Windows is very picky about hardware. It won't run properly on the vast majority of hardware on the market today.

Since there is not enough fresh water in the world to flood the entire planet one has to assume the sea levels rose to drown out the land. Remember you have to prove that the sea levels rose to the top of mount ararat.

So basically all you would have is a little bit of fresh water mixed in with salt water. The salt water creatures would be just fine especially ones in the ocean.

    How about this compromise.

If a woman decides not to have a baby it's not really fair to make her carry the baby and give birth to it. So if the state wants that baby it should take it. The govt should immediately take the fetus out of the woman, somehow keep it alive and growing, somehow let it mature, and then either keep it forever as a ward of the state or find a home for it.

Maybe the state can implant it into another woman, maybe it can be grown in a culture of sorts I don't know. All I know is that it's not fair to force a woman to have a baby she does not want. It just isn't right. If you want the baby then take it, raise it, feed it, care for it. Just don't make the woman do it.

No. Certainly not due to flood. Also there were other creatures besides trilobites. Here is what you are going to have to prove.

    1) Flood was worldwide.
    2) Flood killed all/most landlocked creatures.
    3) The flood also killed all of the now extinct aquatic cretures both saltware and freshwater.

That last one is a bit tricky I think. Flood would be good for them and would certainly wash all kinds of food into the sea. You'd expect to see their numbers exlode.

If you believe that life begins at conception then an abortion is murder. It is a pre-meditaded killing of human being.

Therefore the women who have abortions should be charged with murder and jailed. Doctors who perform abortions should be charged with conspiracy and jailed. Women who give birth to defected children because they drank, smoked or did drugs should be charged with attempted murder and jailed. Women who have miscarriages due to over exertion or other acts should be charged with negligent homocide or manslaughter and jailed.

The thing is that nobody is advocating these positions. That means the people who are pro life don't themselves see this as murder. In their minds the fetus is not actually a human being but some sort of a proto being, a potential for life but not life itself. If they actually believed the fetus was a human being they would push for murder charges for the mother.
