Why not combine their shit together and make cheap software. The only problem with shareware and closed-source is that all these big companys are using jewish accountants and they are being greed jacking up the price 800% over value. Switch them out and you will have cost-effective software worth the money you throw at it.

They will never be released during the same amount of time. Not within a month. As you will notice they have always released products weeks apart the majority of the time even if they have it completed.
Just like in a relationship they are holding back some cards to keep your interest high without showing you what they've got and you leaving sooner.
I believe they have wonderful visualizations though. One which I would like to call an extreme amount of attention to is the 'Cosmic Belt' visual. It gave me great comfort back on Real 4.0 when I first tried hallucination with shrooms. I must say that after blasting the same 8 minute techno song for 8 hours on and off with that to guide me it eased me slowly into my closed eye (correction: quickly) visuals which led me to the point that I forgot what eyes were and was feeling my skull like wtf!?
