I guess it's kinda wierd to think that something I spend a good deal of time of each day (I only use cellular phones anymore) is capable of changing colors in the atmosphere through some crazy phenomenon which I can't even understand.
This sounds like the way news should be to me, I know I'd rather hear news straight then with the media's crooked twist. I'll be interested to see how this plays out into the future, when I can stream uncensored news to my wrist watch. 2010 though... I hope it happens sooner.
I can't disagree with you on that. I guess the impression I get is that it sounds like squeaks and what not. Then again, I've never heard one of those things.
That's a pretty sweet little toy. I wonder how much one of those costs... and how effective is it? I know there's probably a thousand different uses for something like that.
Of course scammers are going to find loopholes to do what they want. Although it's shocking to me that they're able to do it still... how long do you think that will last for?
But how can you change traffic patterns for everyone else just because one person is speeding? If everyone is going the right speed except for one person who's out of control, and he makes the light turn red, then everyone else is losing time as well. Even worse--the guy could run the red light and then everyone else would be stopped because of him.
That seems incredibly unsafe. Not only could it cause a serious accident, think about what it's going to do to traffic. Especially in a major city like San Francisco, you've gotta have coordinated traffic lights or the streets will be a mess.
I'm glad everyone's decided to take it to the streets, I think it will bring a lot more attention to the subject than with only online demonstrations.

But almost scary at the same time. Anyone plan on watching this?

Hah agreed.
Can you actually call that music? I wonder what it sounds like.

I don't doubt that one bit.

But how practical is that? I bet it costs a fortune, too. I'd pick one up just to say I have one
Yeah, this article is definitely a bit confusing, but it is still interesting. I'd like to hear what someone who participated has to say about it.
