Firefox can access that site, though it cannot access the content listed on the site. Also, I can access the content (with various degrees of success) by using konqueror to spoof Safari. Perhaps this is less of an issue concerning the capabilities of Firefox and more of an issue concerning Apple.
Actually, no. You didn't take into account additional factors. No matter how much CO2 we pump into atmosphere, a big enough drop in energy inputs will cause cooling anyway.
But would it have cooled more if there were no increase in atmospheric CO2?
Did they fix the disabled checkbox in Knetworkmanager for setting a wireless connection as system?
No, it appears not, as the box is grayed out, at least in 4.6.

I have multiple desktops with individual backgrounds. It also appears that I can lock apps to a desktop (icon->advanced->special applications settings). But I agree with you on Dolphin.
I won't say that America was a paradise, and, yes, it is getting worse. I was trying to point out that South Africa under apartheid was even less tolerant. We could ask Steven Biko, but he's not available.
In 2010, corporations paid only $176B in taxes [fool.com]; individuals paid over 100x that much.
Individuals paid 17.6 trillion dollars in taxes? The link said it was $1.8 trillion, which would make 10x, not 100x.
The printer itself may be cheap, but what does the ink cost, and how many pages does it last?
I would consider the HP Color Laserjet 2025dn to be a cheap (for a duplex color laserjet) printer which supports HP's postscript 3 emulation.
But if my culture obligates me to be insensitive to your culture?

Google Chrome could deal with the content (except for the 3D stuff). Is it the web browser for Galaxy?

Then all they need to do is reinvent ACID and they'll have made it to the 1980s.
Wouldn't that be the 1960s?
Won't work as a language, or as a way to generate revenue? I'm guessing that Microsoft is more concerned with the latter.
According to the author of the O'Reilly book Learning SQL, SQL is not an acronym.

This is on KDE 4.6.
But the thread was about a server version of Mac OSX, so the OP may have implicitly made that qualification.
Neither Photoshop nor Soundforge is server software. As for IIS, is it hard to configure with a command line, or is the GUI that good?
If you don't know the software, how much is using a GUI going to help?
Assuming you already know how to do it.
If you are an IT person configuring a server, already knowing how to do it is a good idea.
I will tell you this... a Glassed in Server room full of Apple servers and Xsan are 800X more sexy looking than ANY other manufacturer.
Yep, this is Slashdot.
Just as long as he doesn't hijack a GPS signal and use a stealth ship to start a war between Great Britain and the People's Republic of China!

That's how evolution works: the cerebral nerves were caused to evolve specifically by Darwin in order to function
So Darwin not only explained evolution, he also caused it? Wow!

I believe the OP meant civil disobedience in the United States. People in less open (less open than 50s-60s America) regimes faced harsher sentences.
And is the OP expecting other people to worry about that, or posting stories of such on Slashdot?
So Apple actually exported something to China? I'm impressed!
