  1. We hack you very strongly on North Korean Hackers Rival CIA? · · Score: 0

We need to get an admin with Korean jurisdiction to rate Dr. Byeon Jae-jeong's account "-1 flamebait." He's head of a hacker army- you know he's got a /. account.

  2. Dumbest. Troll. Ever. on How Lightsabers Work · · Score: 0

Maybe you missed the story on how big foot works? Or how chupacabras work? After a brief scan around the site, I see no claims to them being an entirely non-fiction site, they just seem to be dedicated to reporting how things work, as per the title. I would hope that people would be able to appreciate them making the effort to logistically explain as best they can how something as badass as a lightsaber works, and I'm sure that there are thousands of us here on slashdot who have pondered it at one time or another.

  3. An actual RELEVANT comment on Ask mc chris · · Score: 0

I'm seeing a ridiculous amount of relevant questions for MC Chris, who really is a figurehead of geekdom, and I for one am excited to be seeing him at PAX. On with the questions: "MC, I got a quextion for ya." I'm curious as to what inspired you to begin rapping, as you seem to have a very atypical image and persona for one who is going to undertake that sort of thing. How exactly did you get started? Also, you must have met a good deal of criticism and naysaying for not being in the typical image of what people consider to be a rapper. What made you decide to keep making music? Thanks in advance, and keep up the good work!

Yeah. Those 400,000 some odd World of Warcraft users that can't log without dealing with a 3 hour queue are the exception to the rule. They're all just having connection/hardware problems.

  5. Let's not be too hasty... on Will Mac mini Lead the Charge to Smaller Desktops? · · Score: 0

Certainly you can say they were wrong about the cube, and the newton, as they were both pretty spectacular failures. But as far as the one button mouse, just because you're not used to it doesn't mean they were "wrong." It's still a mac standard to this day, and though I prefer a 2 button mouse myself, you can't argue with several year's staying power among the company's consumers. It's a streamlined mouse for a streamlined interface.

  6. Who really wants to buy three consoles anyway on More On PS3 and Xbox 2 · · Score: 0, Offtopic

Unless Nintendo pulls some real magic with their next console, I can only see them going the way of Sega, and becoming a software exclusive company. They've just dug their hole too deep, and though their first party games are amazing, most people over 18 or so don't take the 'cube seriously.

I don't necessarily want to see nintendo losing their foot in the market (Gotta love those guys), but imagine a world where you have your Mario Sunshine right next to your GTA: Vice City on a next gen console. That, and if Nintendo decided to start making games for exclusively microsoft or sony platforms, they could effectively muscle out the other.

In truth though, I see nintendo coming out with another amazing, but underrated system, which doesn't take hold.
