He attempted to force his beliefs on people who did not share them by passing a law that would deny people their rights. I guess you really don't understand the issue.
He was actively trying to pass proposition 8 that would deny people's rights. President Obama in no way shape or form was signing any law that would deny rights. In fact he directed the Justice Department to not defend DOMA. You might want to do some research on the subject.
???? The printing press did not have as great an impact on the world as the internet? Really? I didn't realize porn and stock quotes were more important than being able to read.
LMOL, you don't work for a corporation do you. They set the standards. If the standards don't accommodate security, then security is not included. Security is a matter of corporate culture.
That's a false premise. You ASSUME that computer science program is responsible for the lack of security in products because they don't teach security. The fact is businesses that build these products do not promote security because it will cost money. Do you honestly think that some guy who graduates with a CS degree is responsible? Put another way, where do all these security experts get their training?
No they can't because the Visa is issued by the corporation sponsors that person. Once that ends they have to go back. Even if they found another job that company would have to issue a Visa.
No, you're not racist....*eye roll* you are hardly looking at what America needs. If you did you would know that there are qualified people looking for work that companies aren't hiring. It's easier to get a H1B Visa as opposed to hire an American. There people people who could be trained easily enough but no one wants to do it. You know the guy who's an Oracle DBA but the company runs SQL Server. Lots of unemployed programmers and engineers looking for work but corporation would rather hire temp people from India....nice.
The bullshit coming from you is amazing. No Republican is talking about expanding green cards. They'll gladly hand out H1B Visas, because those are just temporary workers.
There are already illegal or undocumented workers living and working here. So the point is there are already part of our community. Making them legal residents changes nothing. But depriving Americans of jobs, e.g., engineering jobs, by importing H1B Visa workers causes unemployment, and is detrimental to our economy.

Yeah because we need more CEOs crusading to take away the rights of Americans.....
Look it up. It's not what you think it is.

Except he was actively trying to deny peoples rights. Big difference.
As evidenced by your post.
Denying rights isn't worse? Wow.
You might want to read about proposition 8 before you sound like a jackass...
Right and I'm the Prince of Nigeria....
So you are defending him for supporting a proposition that will deny marriage rights to gay people? Moron.
Because it's not marketing speak....*eye roll*
"For far too long, computing has been about desktops and servers. "
Yeah because addressing that comment wasn't part of his response and the reason the parent had a flawed argument. Moron.

Yeah because it's not the responsibility of your business to have standards and QA when writing code.....
THANK YOU! Mod post up!!

Because computer science NEVER talks about security *eye roll*
Over a GPS satellite? Not likely.

Less H1B Visas....you seem to be under the delusion that there aren't enough workers here.
