    You might want to amend that, to say "...and depress wages." To say there is a shortage of qualified American is a lie. There are plenty of qualified Americans, it's just cheaper to higher temporary worker.

    You were trying to make a point to bad it failed. Regardless of what you think about it, marriage is a legal right that is denied gays. Period. The comparison to slavery is apt, in that the rights of Africans and African Americans were denied. The key point is the rights of a particular group are being denied, which seems to be the corner stone of American history.

    But the SAT does. You might want to look in to that before you make that statement. I'm now fan of the SAT but they do publish information showing the correlation between SAT scores and the success rate at the college level.

    So let me get this straight, that's a stolen iPad? Is that what you are saying? Because you can't be saying anything else. The whole reason you want this family to jump through hoops is that you believe the iPad is stolen. I suspect it would be a simple matter for Apple to determine the owner of the iPad. They then can compare that against the death certificate to indeed confirm the owner is dead. They can also review the will that indeed the person was bequeathed the iPad. So basically Apple and you, are being a bunch of douche bags.
