Listen jackass...he was responding to your inane post that said room and board weren't part of the cost of education. You obviously pulled that bullshit out of your ass. Any cost of attending college includes room and board.
And as far as entitlement goes, you had a fucking GI Bill! And no, serving in the military DOES NOT entitle you to a GI Bill.
That is the likely scenario. As the workforce ages and decisions where made to outsource more IT functions, eventually you end up with pool of people who do not understand the technology you are using and can't maintain it. This is not unusual. This happens in large corporations.
What the hell are you talking about? COBOL wasn't designed so bean counters can audit code. Where the hell did you get that. The problem is not COBOL. Blaming COBOL misses the point completely.
And writing an accounting program in another language, would take exponentially more lines of code....there's a reason why the financial services industry still uses COBOL...it works. There has not been a language to date that can handle business needs.
If you bothered to research COBOL and not talk out of you ass, you would know this.
LMOL transmission line losses - hate to break it to you bu that's a fact of the electrical grid which supplies electricity to your house and businesses. So if you have an issue with transmission loss you might want to take it up with you local utility and press congress to upgrade the grid.
As opposed to drilling for oil. Transporting the oil. Refining the oil. Storing oil. Converting to gasoline. Transporting gasoline. Yeah there's no pollution or environmental impact there *eye roll*
If people were questioning everything they would not watch Fox News. Fox News is not for people with critical thinking skills. It is for people who do not want to think.
LMOL no Calculus is not fundamental to understanding Statistics. Take a Statisitcs course some time. Algebra would be useful. If there is a fundamental math course to take it would be Algebra not Calculus.
Easy there Potsy. What is the rationale for taking Calculus? If it's exposure to mathematics, then any course would do. Algebra or a course in statistics.

You don't get the concept of a boycott.....
And the right winger who shot Congresswoman Gabby Giffords.....
Might want to read the constitution again. Your understanding of the second amendment is lacking...
LMOL yeah whoring attention BEFORE he became people knew about him. Nice job troll....
Why? Because it stopped 9/11 or the Boston Marathon bombing...oh wait....

THANK YOU!
Now you are talking Economics. You don't study Calculus to do Economics.
LMOL no Calculus is not fundamental to understanding Statistics. Take a Statisitcs course some time. Algebra would be useful. If there is a fundamental math course to take it would be Algebra not Calculus.
It depends on your major. Not all majors need Calculus. Algebra would do nicely - since most people's Algebra skills suck - even engineers.
Like climate change deniers....
