FYI. adding hashtags to anything but twitter is useless. A colleague of mine does that in e-mails. Highly annoying. Much like my complaint is to you, probably.
My three year old even knows that, but when the new baby arrived, she started imitating all kinds of stuff. That meant also putting this in her mouth whenever we were (yes) looking. Still, I agree with you here. I never leave small items around (or magnets for that matter) where the kids can get them.
Btw, the button 'quote parent' seemed really appropriate here;)
Yep, I'm totally hooked to Exaile. Small bug still: adding files to a playlist while it's playing a song from said playlist crashes it. Apart from that, very cool player. Was using Songbird before it and I probably won't go 'back' to Nightingale now.
Totally off-topic, but this seems like a good place to ask. Since I'm not a US citizen, I wonder if you can object to this jury duty thing. For example, I'm a Buddhist and don't want to make a decision that impacts someone else's life drastically. Can I object using this reason?
I even got a special 'clipper' to create the notch. They sold them right next to the drives even. And then we opened up the floppy, took out the grey disk and put five of 'm together in one, so you could send it through mail. Ah, those were the days. You could say we were uploading 5 x 360k in 2 days, which would comes down to about 10 bytes p/s! Without a modem!
We have the same for our Nagios instances. Big screen, big red alerts and stuff. Big deal. Fun for management, but my neck starts to hurt if i have to move around too much.
Have you ever woken up in the middle of the night thinking about an acting job? If so, what was the job and why are you still able to remember it to this day?
I think everyone has a USB disk/key nowadays. If not, you can buy one for a couple of bucks. Have them make a "click here to prepare a bootable USB disk which will flash your BIOS" application and be done with it.

betamax
I don't think Git is used to _develop_ MINIX. If anything, it's used to keep track of code changes.
But I understand your point though. I think it's just using the right tools to get the job done, no matter who developed them.
Hm, so actually what you're saying is that the Great Firewall of China is protecting us from the Chinese?

Give up your IPv4 addresses!
And there was much rejoicing ..
While I would formulate the sentence a bit different, I agree with you though. What's next, aunt Sally posting about Windows having too many features?
Al, is that you?

Thanks for responding. I always wondered.

Yep. And the reverse is also true. Why, i can still enjoy Diablo 2 with the low resolution gameplay.
Do you ever get interviewed without Star Trek being mentioned?
(this would be a great last question btw if all other questions had nothing to do with ST!)

Can't wait for Captain Slow to review this one. Should be right up his alley!

Not! Carol! Bartz!
Please, for the love of Diginotar, at least say 'certs' if you want to abbreviate 'certificates'.
Indeed. Google for 'selinux 2.6.30 exploit' and you'll find one by 'cheddar bay' that's targeted explicitly at SELinux.
Ah the good old days. Sticking in the 3dfx voodoo card (and later a second one, attached to eachother) and running Moto Racer. Awesome!
But yeah, most on-board videocards nowadays are already better than that, so i can understand the move. Thanks though, for supporting it :)
