The Lienhards have done an outstanding job.
I tried to get NSF funding to assemble and put texts
online four years ago. My proposal was declined, but
I've kept assembling the books in my spare time online anyway. There are three of them:
Natural Aerosols,
Radiative Transfer,
Particle Size distributions,
all GFDL's and available
here.
