There's always psilocybin mushrooms to add to the kool-aid. Microsoft doesn't know any better, we could tell them it's an widely accepted initiation into the open source world.
Another easy one: cut 500 calories per day. That's a measly 250 calories from food, and 30 minutes of aerobic exercise (like biking to work, jogging, DDR, etc). That nets you one pound of fat lost per week. It's not a lot, but it's the easiest, most effective method and it can be expanded upon to lose weight more quickly (ie, 500 calories off of food and one hour of aerobics = 2lbs/week).
Plus, I'm not sure why he thinks he'll win, considering the first amendment and I didn't see any sensitive material on the blog itself. Isn't it poor little Larry's job to know the law? Including the amendments? Or do I have the term "officer of the law" confused with something else?
Also, I'm more interested in there being a Rocky Mountain Safe Streets Task Force and why they think a geek like Edward Davidson is really a danger to the public.
Maybe I'm just some sort of martyr, but most of my sites tend to prevent IE users from having a rich experience. Try using the application/xhtml+xml mimetype for XHTML pages and see how many complaints you get from IE users saying your site asks them to download something when they visit. What good are standards when they're not enforced? If enough IE users start to have problems like the one above, they will either switch to a better browser or Microsoft will fall under increased pressure to comply to web standards.
This is just one more thing for the 15 year olds who think they're e-badasses because they use Linux to brag about.
Slow down. First of all, they'd have to discover that Ubuntu isn't the one and only Linux distro. Then they'd have to learn how to convert their file system from ext2/3 to ReiserFS. In other words, they won't be able to brag that they're using it, just that its an option. I'd expect an excuse along the lines of "this file system was made by a murderer, but it sucks, but it was made by a murderer!"

I see what you're saying and I'd like to refer you to this Slashdot article on the subject.

I live with my dad, fag. He's been known to masquerade as a women though.
Here we go again.
Cue the 400 posts arguing whether or not "Internet" should be capitalized.
Nope.

I wouldn't say he's completely incorrect, though. IE7 and 8 beta came out pretty rapid fire compared to IE6 and 7.

Just kidding. It's fun to dream.
The IS native array support in C. Except it's not the type of array you're talking about, so nevermind.
We'd need air to breathe and protection from the sulfuric acid in the atmosphere.
It's so simple!

Looks like that applies more to you than it does to me.
It has been done. It was used only for good.
So it hasn't been done right?
It's /., not ./!
Anti-smoking clauses aren't the norm for rental properties? I'm sure there's no age attached.
$5/yr for a domain and $5/mo for hosting doesn't seem like an aristocrat-exclusive club to me.
Some of us require, maximum, 640k.
It's a syllogism. and a contra-positive with a bit of reductio ad absurdum thrown in for good measure.
Of course! It's so simple!
...Mr. Donner?
I think Linux has surpassed Windows 2.0 by now.

NOD32. End of discussion.
I'll give LegalTorrents about six months before an "accidentally on purpose" attack.
*PZEW PZEW* SIT ON MY FACE.
Well, I was replying mainly to "Though, I do worry to what extent other things will be added that are not illegal..."
