    Though, I do worry to what extent other things will be added that are not illegal, but might be argued as 'inappropriate' for our eyes and ears. Such as innocent sites being blocked because they were flooded with child pornography (as in they were attacked by a third party, not that they support the material).

    I'd say our next president (and any other government official for that matter) will be about as tech-savvy as the board of directors at any tech company. (Hint: not at all.)

    I think they feel obligated to use the Wiimote. But that's all the developers' faults for thinking so. I was hoping Brawl using the GCN controller would maybe change a few companies' minds, but it's too early to tell.

    Personally, I love the GCN controller, especially my Wavebird.

    The problem with that is that it's (I'm assuming) a lot of work that game developers don't want to do. (Mapping buttons vs. mapping movements with buttons and all the calibration I'm sure it'd need) The Wii's kind of screwed itself there. The image that Nintendo conveys for the Wii doesn't help, either.

    I don't see how this is a flamebait. He's absolutely right. I use Linux for Linux development, and Windows for Windows development. The only exception is when I'm scripting in Python or something, then I can just check os.name or the like.

    Firefox, Opera, and Safari weren't competitors in the Netscape days when IE took over, and Opera was the only one of those three even around.

    Nowadays, if you need a "trusted" computer, think about getting a Mac Airbook that you can slip into a folder in a filing cabinet when not in use, or keep with you all the time. Despite seeing the commercial no short of a million times, I have never thought of that. You have certainly earned that +5 moderation! Now I'll be back later, I'm busy being an oblivious dumbass. (And I've got an appointment to be moderated off topic that I need to get to. Sigh.)
