    They're dreaming/posing for the feds, CA has the least regulated medicinal pot market. Contrast to Colorado where every plant must be tracked, guarded and video recorded from seed to bud.

    CA's pot market was thriving before prop 215. Nothing will change that.

    I'm willing to bet that CA's #1 export 'cash crop' is still pot. Federal laws be damned.

    I'm waiting for legal imports of Thai highland haze. The best pot on the planet.

    They stated what they did in an effort to save face. The fact is that they can't find juries to convict and they know it. They aren't leaving this alone for any policy reason, they are leaving it alone to preserve their conviction %.

    Basically, keep out of shitholes like Utah and you've got nothing to worry about vis pot.

    If drug tests worked, no 'crete would get poured, no paint would be slopped etc etc.

    They have tests almost impossible to cheat on (yet). They're expensive and business has to stay staffed. But they want the better workers comp rates, so joke testing it is.

    That is how new stucco construction has been done for about 10+ years. No siding on the outside, just drywall and a layer of stucco on the outside of the stick wall. Supported by plastic strapping.

    Chicken wire was part of the stucco process before they removed the plywood. Not a good faraday cage unless grounded and interconnected.

    You also see aluminum radiant barriers on roof sheeting. It's amazing you can get any bars insides some structures.

    You'd have to kick your way through the outer layer, but after that the utility knife is all you'd need.

    Business people run businesses, some are honest jobs, some aren't. Politicians tax business people directly by forcing them to hire relatives to curry favor.

    The Clintons are politicians (spit), none are honest jobs.

    You don't know what your talking about.

    Deductions come off your gross, reducing your taxable income, they are worth (face * marginal tax rate). Tax credits come off what you owe, they are worth their face value. Refundable tax credits are even worse, they can exceed your tax (e.g. earned income tax credit).

    It's amazing you can be so wrong, but still project such confidence. Same for the sibs.
