    I believe 90%+ of the accusers were just trading sex for a movie part.

    Some of the accusations are explicitly that, but somehow 'I pretended to like it', makes him a rapist and her not a whore.

    If she ran from the room, there is possibly a case. But if she gave the BJ and took the part, no foul or both guilty.

    Makeup targeted at young women may contain things that turn off other groups. They should sell makeup targeted at normal men...and go _broke_.

    WTF is wrong with making games enjoyed by gamers? It's called knowing your market. 'Derpression Quest' is a terrible game that nobody plays non-ironically.

    They can get me on 'bad faith', but that doesn't make the agreement enforceable.

    It would count against me when the judge crafts 'rough justice'.

    More to the point, it puts a bunch of uncertainty on the HR asshole who is considering/threatening slap suing. Mostly these things aren't for court, they're for intimidation/barratry.

    Monaco, their neighbors got them to agree to 'conditions' a couple of decades ago. To get the zero income tax of Monaco citizenship, you have to jump through lots of hoops and suck up paying your taxes for decade or more.

    Otherwise the EU was threatening to start taxing Europe's 0.01%. Pretend country, long running tax dodge etc.

    Crime is the answer. Tweekers will learn to extract the batteries and any other slightly valuable parts from an e-scooter in seconds.

    Someone might need to make a custom tool, but that will happen shortly.

    How many e-scooter batteries would it take to make your own electric car? Perhaps out of a junk pius motor, a VW and 1000 scooters you 'found'.
