Well if a 'guy' on Reddit said that it must be settled.

When all players are equally laggy, it might be technically 'playable'. But it still _sucks_balls_.

    IT CAN'T WORK!

Do you realize how many tricks they do with game state packets to overcome lag? They are passing around 2nd and 3rd derivatives to project motion of other players into frames not yet communicated and reconciling that data later. That just isn't going to help when you're waiting on your video frames, frames can't be shown until they are communicated.

The 'die' option is not that unlikely, will garner sympathy etc.

Live by the 'heart attack while awaiting trial', die by it. I wouldn't write either Clinton any life insurance policies.

I think when on the horns of this dilemma the DNC will just eliminate the individual. But if she has good enough personal security, it could be dump time.

  7. Do you ever leave /.?

Seriously, seek mental health help. You should not be this obsessed, it won't end well for you.

I know your life is bleak, but get on with the fight. Quit wallowing. Get a McJob. Find an ugly fat girl with stankpuss. Anything is better than what you're up to.

Input lag is only half the problem. Round trip lag is the problem you are looking for.

All multiplayer games have 'round trips'. But a game state packet is always going to be much faster than frames of 1080 video. Good luck convincing the worlds admins that streaming video game frames deserve to be treated as ping critical.

You can't just look at the first page of results or use a single search.

Google, in particular, loves to push any company not paying them off the first page of results.

  13. EVERYBODY invested with Madoff knew he was a criminal. They just thought he was _their_criminal_ and was eventually going to take the insider trading hit for them.

Madoff's clients were some of the highest net worth people in the USA. Fuck those chumps, they got what they had coming.

I saved the list of Madoff clients as a prospect list of suckers. Their greed should be getting the better of them again, right about now. Letting them keep their money would be an immoral and unethical act.

  14. I heard a rumor that Google doesn't actually hire people to index the web...might be bullshit.

Over the years, I've occasionally made a buck by scraping web sites. Robots.txt, shmobots.txt. Put it on the public web and you have no expectation of privacy.

  15. Wait a second. You think someone is entitled to forever make a profit off something by buying at wholesale and selling on Amazon?

The world has never worked that way. In the case you posit there are no barriers to entry and you are delivering no significant value. Competition is _supposed_ to cut your margin to the bone. Fuck useless middle men.

That's true. But in the meantime, there is a chance they will get triggered and dump the vaults of dirt the DNC and RNC has on each other.

Clearly the RNC won't trigger MAD to save Trump, but the DNC is all in to protect Clinton, being full of her croneys.

I'm optimistic, unless Clinton dies or something, the dirt has a good chance of dumping.

    I'm in a safe D state, I didn't vote for Trump.

Vermin Supreme 2020! Surely you noticed how incompetent the prominent 3rd party candidates were last cycle? The Greeny was a bad joke, the Libertarian couldn't speak.
