    Drink all the wheat/corn/rice 'beer' you want. More of the good stuff for the rest of us.

    Name one quality 'beer' containing wheat, corn or rice? Bet you like beer with a 'yeast infection' too. Sour piss (wheat beer) can actually be improved by adding fruit flavor or leaving the yeast in, doesn't make it good.

    Try the 'grape beer', also the Japanese style 'rice beer'. Fuck it, just make beer mean 'water and alcohol mixture'.

    Bin Laden publicly ignored the Sunni/Shia split.

    America wants the Sunni/Shia wars restarted and stalemated for as long as their remaining oil (holds out/remains significant). Which means ISIS vs Iran backed war in Syria and Iraq. Going nicely, except we've backed the Shias too much. We _don't_ want either side to win. Time to back off our involvement and allow the Saudis to bring the Sunnis back up to stalemate.

    China is an export dependant economy. They are very unlikely to attack their customers.

    They are also in a huge mess as a result of mismanaging their economy. The place is run by Engineering grads focused on one metric (Industrial utilization). The whole place is currently a huge 'perverse economic incentive' because of that one metric. They will learn the hard way that 'managing capitalism' isn't easy. Babes in the woods about to be surprised.

    You'd have more credibility if you hadn't been 'all for it' when Obama was writing blatantly unconstitutional EOs, knowing he had months of effect before courts would act.

    Few people ever doubted that there were covert ops in central America, we were just _all for it_. Big picture turned out well, pawn wars are ugly. A little longer and the bolas created will have passed through Cuba, Venezuela, Brazil etc.

    Not beer.

    Beer is a beverage made of malted barley, yeast, hops and water. _Nothing_ else.

    American Budweiser is a cereal malt beverage, not beer. Same as all American 'can beer'.

    Corn or rice sugar, doesn't matter. It's just ethanol after fermentation. No flavor, just good pure nutritious alcohol. Might make the yeast into cannibals, but they take the hit for you.

    Europeans basically feed maize to pigs.

    After WWII we asked the frogs what they needed. They said 'corn'. We sent them 'pig food'. The butthurt was epic.

  19. 'Permanent residents' can and often are deported after completing their sentences for felonies.

    It can really suck if they don't speak their 'native' languages, in those cases they should have become citizens while they had the chance.

    'It's too early in the process to fairly evaluate your _initial_ offer' puts the ball squarely on their side and sets the expectation that they will be the first to name a number.

    Work 'your _initial_ offer' into the discussion as often as possible early.

    An app is a legal document, as you say leave it blank.

    But a resume is a 'marketing document' you are expected to spin, exaggerate and bullshit.

    NEVER give a number early in the process, anywhere. It will help save you time interviewing at 'bottom feeders'.

    If 'It's too early in the process for me to fairly evaluate your _initial_ offer' isn't good enough, fuck 'em, you didn't want to work for them anyhow, at any price.

    Bluffing at poker would be dishonest. Don't do that.

    Lying in a salary negotiation is like bluffing in poker, it's part of the game. I you don't do it, it's just sad.

    Leave the line on the app blank. But lie all you want, if you think it helps, during the negotiation. The other side is; 'salary budget' is a lie by definition. It's a plan, plans change all the time, remember your last project?

    Your saying hiring managers aren't rewarded for keeping offers down while filling slots? Bullshit. They don't get a skim, but those numbers matter.

    Smart places don't reward hiring managers until the employees are out of probation (counting heads), but shitty ones just count asses and total salary.

    You could save everybody even more time and just list your peanuts on the job offer. But then you'd get only people with 'drive thru' experience.

    Which is why this is such a disingenuous practice. The first person to mention a number loses. Your employer only hires losers (think about that for a second).
