I give him points for thinking outside the box and attempting to monetize 'the crazy'. If he can draw them all, the rest of the web will thank him.
Think about the % that 'gofundme' and other spamhandling/begging web sites get, just for being a virtual highway on-ramp. This is that, plus mod bombing for pennies/downmod. All he needs to do is implement 'peak mod pricing', for when the pissing contests get heavy and he's richer than the pope.
Cash for mods with true believers on both sides. If it works, he'll be rich.
But I doubt it will get the dual critical masses required to really monetize 'the crazy'.
It's a good cynical try, I especially like the fake idealism, all while setting them up. How much money do you think you could extract from (for example) an obsessive Wikipedia article 'owner' per year? (Answer: a lot) The trick will be getting the emotional commitment from SJWs, then letting them find something to fight about, which should just be a natural thing.
Steps:
1. Collect SJWs, let them form up circle jerks.
2. Wait for inevitable slap fight.
3. Profit from the mod bombing as each circle does it's own 'Animal Farm'. Until each SJW is just jerking alone and paying.
Now that I think about it, it will only take one critical mass. As long as SJWs have each other, they will never run out of things to fight about. The usual trolls will provide any sparks needed.
You actually believe they would cut a program...ever?
I've got a bridge to sell you. The USA spends 1.5 billion/year (in 2015) on the rural electrification program. A program that outlived it's usefullness 50 years ago.
So you would be fine with someone upstream diverting the river you depended on?
No? It's the same thing, just at a bigger scale.
The legal principle is: The first to use the water has a right to continue using it for the same purpose. It's true for, more or less, the entire USA west of the Mississippi.
We did version control. With a bunch of subdirectories, XCOPY and DIFF. It sucked, but was still necessary.
Name the companies. If you weren't just making things up, they would be out of business.
100 hour 'workers' are useless on week 2 and are doing negative work by week 3. All of them.
Everything is a dead end, eventually.
Less zinc, iron, protein; more carbs...potAto; potato.
Wheat is a staple, eat some beef with the bread.
Does the corporation tax anybody? Everybody involved in the corporation is there of their free choice.
Try and go 5 years without paying taxes, I dare you. See how free you are.

Water rights have nothing to do with libertarians. Go ahead and wallow in your ignorance.
People died in the range wars that led up to current water rights laws. Not that you care, you just think you're funny.
The USA still spends 1.5 BILLION $/year on rural electrification. 50 years past it's use by date. Hide it in the USDA.
Germany wouldn't hand out double unemployment, they also wouldn't fire the unemployment agencies people.
You actually believe they would cut a program...ever?

They hide it in the USDA budget.

He took insane positions, but he represents the Greek people, who have lost their minds.
If he was 'electable' or 'apointable' in Greece in recent years, he is useless.
And if they implement it, they will actually cut all the other programs that a guaranteed income is supposed to replace. I doubt they'll pass it.
Which makes them unique among western democracies. The rest will just add basic income and never cut anything.
It's not an insane idea, but only if you actually follow through and cut the bureaucracy and all other handouts. Which never happens most places.
It was kind of the same as Obama. Two years of loony left, then six of pragmatic compromise.
They say 'union money' was always speech. It's only money from groups they disagree with that isn't speech.
Because the no skill people that work them are constantly churning in the job market.
They _might_ be the largest number available, but they are a tiny minority of jobs.
Taking financial advice from the Greeks would be like taking Civil liberties advice from the Saudis or N. Koreans.
The fact the Greeks are for it should be enough to get it laughed out of the room.

I bet the recovery vehicle makes the tank look cheap. Especially once modified to go up the Rubicon.
You thank Obama for slowing the recovery?
Just how big a gamble is it? When you have fuck-all, it's easy to pickup and move.
Any report that lists the Fins as the 5th happiest people in the world is pure BS.
There a no more depressed and grumpy people anywhere. Comes from living on the tundra with no sun but plenty of Vodka for 3 months every year.
I call shenanigans on the report. Lets put suicide rate alongside this list for good laughs all around.
For definitions of 'private industry' equal to 'government contractor'.
Hint: If you aren't paying them, you are not the customer. Why would a company the depends on the existence of the unemployed want less of them?

Yes, Mote. We get it.
No. Anytime there is sufficient freedom to be called 'trade', it's for mutual benefit or it wouldn't happen.
Just because someone is backed into a corner doesn't mean the shitty deals don't help.
