As a newcomer to Linux, I installed VMWare + Ubuntu BB image. I had to troubleshoot a particular problem on a website of mine that only occurred on Linux browsers.
So to try an update Firefox from 1.x to 2.0.0.4, I needed a script, run on a command line, to perform the upgrade. Such a simple task.
CONSIDER THIS: The 'time to live' for me, on Linux, is from a fresh install to requiring a command line action. For Windows, this may be months. For Linux? About 2 hours. How sad.
I searched for '"Vector Search"' and got:
Application error (Rails)
I then did a search for 'Quotation errors' and got 4 results. Perhaps the authors of the site can start fixing the mess there.
Precisely my point. the fact that I was modded 'Troll' suggests to me that the moderator too cannot think of a reason why it would be of interest to me, instead preferring to go with the easy option.
Remember a 4M-pixel camera with 6x optical zoom and 2x digital zoom is equivalent to a 1M pixel camera with 24x optical zoom. How many 1M cheap/consumer cameras do you know with 24x optical zoom?
