Not only have I seen Acrobat Reader 7 for linux, I *have* it running, and it is pretty neat, integrates well with Firefox and Mozilla. If you wanted it, you had to beg to become a beta tester and it seems I pushed the right buttons.
Yes, it is bloated with Yahoo buttons and the like, but I think it is a real improvement that they actually care about Linux.
