Did anyone call the number at the end of the ad? Does it get you MS or maybe Bill's private line?

Personally I think Ohmage sounds pretty cool... Now if we can just find somewhere to use it. "Tech support? My Windows ohmage is low. Can you send me some more?"

All you need to make it fair is "loser pays". If the losing party of a lawsuit had to pay the legal bills of both parties then there would be no more frivolous lawsuits. No one would sue unless they were sure of their case...

I just read an article at the Register (linking to an old article on http://www.usatoday.com/money/industries/technolog y/2004-11-29-honeypot_x.htm about un-patched XP sp1 machines only surviving for 4 minutes when connected to a broadband connection. Within 10 hours the hackers had an IRC channel running on the machines.

... a cop's partner or even a private citizen needs to use the cop's gun to defend themselves and the wounded cop? Will the "smart" gun recognize someone trying to help the owner or will it not function?

My site is (very) incomplete but I am still recording 13.7% Firefox and 8.4% Mozilla. IANAME* but that's 1/5th of my "traffic". A lot of the hits I get are from a "newbie" help email list and forum I help out on. I'm starting to see a lot of the "Beginner" sites/lists not only recommend an alternate browser, but demand it as a condition of helping to fix a problem...

  8. Where's my optical cube?!?!? on Another Competitor for Blu-ray and HD-DVD · · Score: 1

What ever happened to the development of the optical storage cube (remember Star Trek?). I thought someone was developing a laser to write layers inside of a poly cube. I've seen the tacky "etchings" for sale in the souveiner shops but no media reader for them.
