This won't ever become mainstream without a serious amount of automated control. We already have enough problems driving in two dimensions. I can't even begin to imagine driving in three.

I don't think BitTorrent "hurts" the movie industry like the MPAA claims. I saw Episode III at 12:01, and I just watched if again via the magic-killing evil that is BitTorrent. If anything, seeing such a low quality version makes me feel like paying the $8 and seeing it again with REAL surround sound in a comfortable chair and on a screen a few hundred times larger than my own.
