Child pornography absolutely infringes on the rights of children. By paying for it you are paying for the exploitation and abuse of children, you are paying for someone to break the law. Since we are a democratic republic these laws against child abuse exist because the people in this country believe that they should.
The decision by the court against the Pennsylvania law was the right one but that does not make child pornography right.
