To offer an outside perspective, you both come off as douchebags.
There's a bit of truth on both sides of this argument. People, in general, are idiots. It's been that way since we started recording history, and I suspect it will be a long time yet before we can change that. What you are highlighting here, is simply that the idiocy is not limited to a particular segment of the population. We all exhibit it from time to time, though some more than others (and yet others less so).
CVT is the compromise you'd be looking for - the goods of the automatic without that almost 2 second pause as the AT figures out WTF you are trying to do.
Or that using your highbeams because one headlight is out is fucking rude and dangerous to other people. Or just to turn the high-beams off altogether.
You're supposed lack of emotional response would likely fit the same profile that someone suffering shock would. So long as they took the "in shock" possibility into account, and it did put you there, you'd probably be raised to the higher priorities.
Think about it.
Legitimate calls would sound stressed or null. Fake calls would sound excited/nervous/amused.
Incidentally, hypochondriacs would also sound stressed.... so I don't see the help there.
Had you been around here terribly long, you'd know that it is intended to be that way. If people could edit comments, they could backtrack and do other trollish things. It supposedly outweighs the detriments.
Only at ranges where the muzzle report has died out before it reaches you. But in all cases, you'll hear the shockfront from the bullet before the muzzle report.
Though, the bullet still hits the mark before you hear anything. Better make those shots count, Tewwowwists!
Regular soldiers/insurgents/whatever are probably not going to use subsonic ammo if they have a choice, especially because the body armor and helmets worn these days do pretty well against them - they are intended to protect from shrapnel and rifle rounds!
... then they wedge an AK into the rocks with a string noose around the trigger and grip? Yank the cord and the authentic-sounding (because it is) AK rocks-n-rolls and makes a hell of a lot of noise.
Replace said AK with just about any weapon that fires. Automatic for the most "bang" for your buck, but even a single shot decoy would be enough to give you more advantage than you had without it.
It doesn't need to open. See, there's this miraculous property called sound transduction. Vibrations on one side of a membrane or other surface can, if the materials are correct, transduce to the other side.

Clearly you don't know what you're talking about. The 10-meter band is 28000 to 29700 kHz ham radio. It's called wavelength and bandwidth.
Watts? Gee, perhaps they might be referring to the transmit power? You know, where you put X number of watts into the air?
No, it's not more stressful. But it's fucking annoying.
Ah, so you want shorter patent terms and non-ridiculous licensing costs.
Yell at the government regarding the former, and yell at the sellers regarding the latter.
I think they are speaking of "plastic" in the sense of the material having a high degree of plasticity, not that it's actually made from plastic.
Or that using your highbeams because one headlight is out is fucking rude and dangerous to other people. Or just to turn the high-beams off altogether.
... and on that, how do they intend to separate the miles you put on your car between public and private?
... and litigation is not the fucking way to do it. That's not what it's for.

Native games. Emulating (dont go into semantics about what emulating is, i dont care) is not native.
You should care, because wrapping API calls is not fucking emulating, PERIOD.
The person? The?
I think it's a bit more involved than that. And even if it isn't, that's one person - who's probably mad about something.
The time that I registered (on this account!) has no bearing on how long I've been visiting this site.

Even ignoring the training... there's a large portion of users who just don't give a shit and wouldn't care anyway.
So, you're inviting us all to take potshots at you with .22 subsonics then, since it's so harmless?

Ah, but the shock front is. And the waves breaking off from said front make a very characteristic sound...
Not all .45 is subsonic, only specific lower-powered loads.
(speed of sound at sea level is 1116 f/s (or 340 m/s)

Just make sure you set the quality to low.
Unacceptable. If it cannot handle mid to high settings, do not want.
It's just those integrated graphics are in the CPU rather than the northbridge.
You say this like it's such a tiny thing. Being that 'close' to the MMU and RAM, and CPU, has got to help things.
Even if the output still looks like crap, at least it will output said crap more efficiently.
It's got nothing to do with the temperature, it's just that as the temp gets lower the carrying capacity of air gets lower
So it has everything to do with the temperature then?
