    Not really. I can pick up scale quite well enough from other cues. Such as the radio mast, or water tower.

    Indeed. The dragging aspect is nice, but a zoom functionality is painfully missing.

    Actually it has everything to do with the plugin not having proper defaults in it's installation.

    There's no reason the plugin can't drop it's own .htaccess files and such.

    That's odd, my copy of steam (which has been running for days, and been used often over that period) is only utilizing about 18mb of RAM.

    Run the short test.

    If it fails that, no need to waste hours on the long one.

    Skip the short test - that's all run during the long test. Don't skip the conveyance test though, supposedly that does some additional testing specific to the drives having been transported that the short/long tests does not cover.

    If dban can write out every sector and not have smartctl show any pending sectors after the fact (and the average speed of the dban wipe was normal) then you've got good chances the drive will be fine.

    Not when the signal is below the noise floor.

    Spread-spectrum should fix this. Hell, OLIVIA (slow as ass) can be used even when below the noise floor, provided you are listening for it.

    Aye it is, but only for one set of distros. What if I can't use RPMs? Building packages is not fun, and even if I did so, I'd still have to deal with all the separate libraries etc.

    Just a nightmare for someone who's not a developer. Maybe it's easy enough if you're used to it.

    I want packages because it makes it easy to update (or remove). If I go hybrid (using packages for everything else, source for this) I am asking for a maintenance nightmare.

    People who were romantically involved around that magical 18 year old bullshit, or had to answer the call of nature without proper facilities being available, should NOT be lumped in with actual predators.

    Aah. I run Vuze (in classic mode, with all that library BS disabled), and it seems to not like TPB's magnet links ("no sources found"). Google suggests this was found and fixed way back when, but it still happens for me.

    Been trying to start seeding that morse code course again. Author was thrilled to find out how popular it had become. The Blender tutorials, too.

    Gotta do my part to help give torrents legitimate use cases :) It's not all just linux ISOs.

    Then what exactly is the torrent supposed to locate peers with? Do you have client recommendations that support these alternative means?

    The weight is not important. Sacks of potatoes can form a mostly human shape, and I suppose have a more or less similar water concentration? (emphasis on more or less)
