    Wake Up! Spend some time with the kids yourself
    OK I know I'm replying to an uncle which means there may not be much
    you can do yourself, I just find it annoying coming from parents.
    And yes I am a parent, 3 kids, the oldest is 6 and he writes better than
    a lot of adults I know.

    I think the point is about enforcing password changes

    Which is probably the biggest reason people write passwords down,
    coz' they can't find one they like and stick to it

    We have accounts on absolute tons of servers, some of them have stupid password
    requirements, so we just share one and don't tell the admins.

    An agnostic would not know if there was a coin in the pocket or not,
    they'd just accept that they do not know and if the guy is too
    big to tun upside down and shake, they'd accept that they may never know.

    Small TVs have beed around for years, and none of them have sold in significant numbers;
    it's not just the size of the screen, it's the resolution an 20" TV further away has better resolution.

    There's also the point that with an IPod you can be active while you listen;
    you can't do that with a TV, you'll walk into lamposts;

    Why?

    Yeah, I've been using Linux for 5/6 years at home but I'm a geek, I know this, I'm OK with it
    I buy hardware I can use like you say, but not everyone cares about how their computer works
    they only care that it does.

    They are not like you and I who usually have their nice shiny new PC opened up within a week
    of purchase.

    They don't want to do anymore than browse the internet, send/receive emails, play games, write
    a few documents.

    Windows does do this, Windows comes on the PC they buy (well buy is the wrong word, they usually
    get ripped off, no, you don't want that PC you want this, more expensive, less upgradeable PC,
    thank you very much).

    Linux has to get into business first, then Mummy or Daddy will want it at home so they can use
    what they are familiar with. Then Little Johnny will use it too.
