    I don't think there are any admirals in the Air Force. He became leader of Homeworld Security. Also, at that point his health was faltering. (RDA left because he wanted to go back to California.)

    The last ten episodes of SG-1 are coming this March. And then, even though our hopes of season 11 were dashed by Hammer and Stern, we get (at least) two direct-to-DVD movies.

    No, chances are I'm an intelligent person who can type fast, but /. will never consider that. Believe it or not, guys, we can compose a meaningful posting in less than 2 minutes. Please stop punishing good typists.
    Although I'd prefer the limit be reduced to 90 seconds, that limit is needed or else we'd be crapflooded a good deal more than we have.

    Because xpdf and gpdf don't work with PDF hyperlinks, something that Adobe seems to have just invented. This was really annoying when I had a PDF version of my textbook with this problem(although it was alleviated when I found the PDFs that actually contained the text to the chapter)

    Dasani tastes like crap because of the salt they put in there. Do what I do, and:
    • Buy an Aquafina bottle from the vending machine
    • Peel off the label
    • Refill the bottle with water from the tap or the water fountains

    I used to like Neopets when I was about 13. I think they use Shockwave Director now though. That doesn't run on Linux period. They've also made their site into a fracking billboard.

    Your analogy only works if by remixing you lose the original. Something that doesn't happen. But I doubt there are very many printed versions which have the 's' that looks like an 'f'.

    If you download music without paying for it, you are breaching copyright, end of story.
    Mostly true.
    All the "file sharers" and "music communities" do is make it worse for honest customers like me who have to put up with copy-protection and over-priced CDs that subsidise your theft.
    Untrue. DRM is something the companies want in order to force you to pay for the same thing multiple times and filesharing is just the excuse.
