Yes, I agree with you completely, Katz does write about some interesting things, but I usually cannot stand reading a whole article written by him. He continuously repeats himself, and rambles on so long I just get sick of reading them... If Katz would shorten his articles by about 3/4, he could say all he has to say without boring people, and we'd have discussions about the topic he wrote about instead of how we can't stand Katz...
I'm not saying I can write well though, I really can't. I think it affects my Karma too... Uhhgg, -3.
Oh well, go ahead and moderate this down too. See how low my Karma can go;-)

"What I didn't like about the end was that they didn't do anything with the home planet of the descolada. I don't really understand why that was included."
They did do something by not destroying it. The point of that was to give Peter(Ender) the chance to do the right thing this time around, and live a new life without the guilt he faced his whole life.
What I wouldn't give to have a second chance at life like Ender got to have...;-)
I see your point. You're definately right, he does have the RIGHT to complain. I didn't mean in a legal sense or anything though, but even so he can still complain if he wants to. But really he shouldn't. He can criticize the film if he thinks it sucks, and he can regret being in the film. But the way he complains really makes him sound pathetic.
Oh boo hoo I wish I never made that film that I got plenty of money from....
What a whiner!
Seriously, nothing gives him the right to treat that kid in that manner.
"Obviously you've never seen any of Alec's other movies or else you'd know how low he stooped to deliver most of his lines in Star Wars."
WTF? So what?
"If he felt the dialog was so bad and beneath him, why did he accept the role in the first place ?!? Of course, as usual, money comes before principle."
Can you read? The above has nothing to do with his acting ability. Nothing whatsoever. If he felt it was beneath him, he shouldn't have done it in the first place.
Does that mean we have to make some kind of recolondria if we plan to visit other planets. I mean, what will our mitrocondria do to species that evolved somewhere other than earth?
Judging by your sarcasm I assume you think human life has no real value too. Well how bout I kill you then? Would you like that? Since your life has no value, then it wouldn't matter, would it?
IRQ's and DMA's aren't much of a problem for many people here... at least I hope not! Most of us here usually know what our OS of choice supports/doesn't support, so multiple trips to the computer store isn't very likely.
As if that would do any good! Microsoft would just make up some story, or say it was one of their programmers (who they just fired for it) playing a joke.
Gimme a break, we will most likely NEVER get a decent answer for this.
We are left with only one choice these days if we value our privacy, use an Open Source OS, like Linux or *BSD.
I'm not even a Linux advocate, or an OSS advocate, I just use whatever works for a given job. Interestingly enough, Linux works for almost everything I do(except games dammit!).
Everyone's government steals. So EVERYONE just SHUT THE FUCK UP! I mean please! This is more pathetic than little kids saying, "My daddy is nicer than your daddy!" Are we people or are we politicians?!?! Don't play their fucking games!
Ummm... that's completely ridiculous. John Carmack's business strategy is almost completely opposite of M$. M$ releases vaporware(nothing at all), claiming for a very very very long time that it will be the best. Carmack keeps to himself and writes code, the whole time telling people exactly what he's working on, and he releases tests for people to play with etc..
Carmack's strategy seems to be, "let's keep people updated on what's going on and release tests and shareware version so people can see what the game is like" etc...
M$ strategy is basically, "let's convince people that this product that we haven't even started working on is going to be the best ever. let's buy another company that already has this product, or basically make an exact copy of it, and call it innovation".

Moderation sucks.

Back in school they always told me I was a freak, I guess they were right! *sob*

Doesn't give him the right to treat a 12 year old kid like dog shit.
He's still an asshole...

"what the heck do you mean by that anyway? Guinness has every right to complain about the movie or its effects on him after making it."
What? No he doesn't. He wasn't forced into making the film.
Guinness is just a snotty, bitter old man.

You saw what the descoloda did to humans!
WTF? No shit death is a fact of life! That has not a damn thing to do with it.
The fact that someone doesn't care about the lives of others, that's pretty damn sick!
Judging by your sarcasm I assume you think human life has no real value too. Well how bout I kill you then? Would you like that? Since your life has no value, then it wouldn't matter, would it?
Asshole!
This was relevant to the discussion.

You are an idiot. Any white person who thinks he is in any way superior to a non white person is completely retarded.
I'm guessing this was supposed to be a joke though... which still makes you a complete idiot.
BTW, I'm white. What fucking difference does it make what color you are?
What happned when it tried to support the G3??
Is it just me or is Apple's site about the slowest site on the net? I think it's only been up about half the times I've tried to go there...
Nope, you just missed it
No, they code in obfusciated "whatever is best for the job"

Get a clue!
Some people care about things other than money...
The longer Ender's Game is, the more times I'll pay to go see it =)

You've never seen mud run!
Although you can see I am somewhat biased when it comes to Ender's Game...
