Kinda makes you wonder what reverse engineers, keygen programmers, and software crackers are going to do when they have to pirate a web service instead of a normal app.
The company indeed said that they would more than likely lose money, but remember that they're trying to do two things: take market share away from Apple's iTunes online music store, and make their software, now compatible with Apple's Harmony technology, so widespread that Apple can't follow through with its threats to sue RealNetworks for Harmony compatibility under the reverse-engineering clause of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act.
This is typical of every large company, I'm betting over 90$ of large american corperations have a hold off SP2 order in their IT departments right now.
How about typical of most Windows users? About half of the computers I work on haven't been patched, and if I ask their users whether they've run Windows Update, they ask me what it is.
Notice there aren't any brands mentioned (don't know about the magazine article it came from though). I'd bet anything that they bought the pricey stuff. Try those tests with PNY CrapMedia cards and see how long they last.
Unfortunately Firefox doesn't work when you type in Desktop, or My Documents, or Control Panel, etc. IE is so tied into Windows that it'll never fall out of first place in the browser wars.
To the first comment, that would be frellin' shiny. To the second...well, there isn't a phrase in Cantonese to describe that second comment.

NASDAQ is reporting that Google shares will begin trading sometime between 10 AM and 12 PM EDT. IMO look for an opening between 10 and 10:30 AM EDT.
