My impression was that there were a lot of people who didn't like Kerry that much but voted for him because they hated Bush. And just because they're rich doesn't mean people don't "connect" with them.
I didn't take the effort (even through bugmenot.com) to read the article, but were only Bush supporters really editing everything? There was something about a middle finger graphic in that story...
I know everyone has probably repeated this or variations a hundred times already, but yet another workaround is to just press Ctrl-U in FireFox to view source, and search for "theimg" a few times. Take the URL, plug it in to the browser, do whatever.
"It's easy to see how video game training could benefit soldiers, affecting things like awareness, when and how to hide, move, shoot, etc..."...and after their training, their reflex is to charge straight in, knowing they'll respawn in 23...22...21...;)
The Java code makes more sense to me. Does this mean I'm a bad person?;( Has anyone had the experience of working with C or Scheme and finding Python or Ruby code not so clear?
They said C# was the next big thing...and Python...and Ruby. After a while, does anyone else have a hard time remembering all the syntax?
Of course, who am I to talk. I have to program with the Java API at the ready.

The story claimed a 50GB hard drive. Which is correct?
Reminds me of the internet. I need to do my reading, but didn't it used to be relatively uncontrolled and free to everyone, and pretty much without ads? Now that space tourism is beginning and space may become practical, interest is growing. Where can I buy some moon billboard space?
Calvin and Hobbes, not ad verbatim:
*sign on asteroid* "McZargalds, next left. 100,000,000 earthlingburgers served daily."
That press release sounds like a joke, or the most arrogant thing I've ever heard from Microsoft. Inclusion of the Microsoft 2000 code eliminates the freezes and crashes Linux users have reported? Or am I missing a joke? -_-
It's in the toolbox? Where is it in the toolbox?

while [ true ] ; do wget http://www.emailsupply.net/lists.php -O /dev/null ; done
Try this also: large file, and hit the PHP, not a static page!

...but I didn't feel like it. Maybe later.
