The hotkey to switch is CTRL twice in a row.
Guess what CTRL-C then CTRL-V does? Makes my system "freeze" for 3 seconds while the KVM waits for me to push a number key. And you can't disable this feature:(
Make sure your KVM can have this "feature" disabled. Or some use different keys, such as scroll lock.
