Wisdom comes from living and learning from those experiences. Whatever her path will be she will walk it herself and having the reinforcement of knowing how much Dad loved her and would be proud of anything she accomplishes will give her strength. Also, my condolences on your diagnosis...

Oh, I remember you now. You were that slowpoke inching along at a snail's pace near baggage check 2. And sure enough, I got the luck to get stuck behind you on the 405. I almost broke my horn before you moved over to the right. Don't hesitate to move to Wisconson or whatever backwoods state you settle on. And pick up the pace while you're at it so that the door won't hit you on the ass on the way out.

After following those two links, I was surprised to find that my favorite US news outlets did not mention the massacre at all. This is headline material. I am hoping that they are playing conservative by confirming their source so that by mid day local time, this will be properly reported.

This defense -- that the bigger security holes in Windows are the real honeypots for hackers, and thus smaller flaws can be safely ignored -- is a new one from Microsoft. ---------------- Heh, even the author of this article was bemused by this statement.

  7. Buy the Katie.com book now before it's gone on Publisher Renames 'Katie.com' · · Score: 1

I have finally realized the enormous power that I wield. My one-day ban on Penguin books and Amazon.com review activities have forced a publisher to re-title one of their books. To celebrate and commemorate this occasion, I'm going to rush out and buy that Katie.com book before they freaking rename it. Could this have been their evil intent all along? Meh, who cares I'm going to get me a memento.
