I too have a soft modded xbox that I've been using as a media center. Sadly, the drive also broke after 4 years of use and I am looking for a replacement. I hope they can be found for cheap now. Any recommended sites ?
I think they have a different concept of what the "adult market" means. Last week I installed a bunch of roms on my xbox, suddently, both my 50 year old father in law and my wife (who had never played xbox games with me) were fighting for the controller to play some classic Super Mario Bros.
I think Nintendo is going to win this one getting back to basics.
The so called Global economy is sure making harder for US business like you to compete. But believe me whatever money you are losing is not ending up in the hands of Mexican people. Even if you are competing against mexican business now and losing the money is staying on hands of the privileged, like it always have been.
