But I guess if he doesn't have a record and she was only 17 at the time and if he was like 21-24 its not that bad (illegal, but not like he was 45). But what is really sad is that she is the one sueing. She made the decision to meet someone from a chat room and now is sueing because she was allowed to meet the guy. Sounds like sueing for dollars more than anything. Isn't America great...
Not illegal in most states, the age of consent in most states is 16. (California is one of the few states where it is 18)
One great use I see for the tablet PC is drawing.
I have not tryed one yet but the tablet PC digitizers are made by Wacom (the same people who make high quality tablets for graphics artists!)
It would be great to lay in bed (or wherever) and sketch on a screen.
I hope they add support for opera too.
I use opera as my primary browser and I have all kinds of problems trying to use Yahoo mail.
Is it really so hard to make sure your website works with all popular browsers?
There are alot of other uses for mod chips.
Personally, I am a big fan of Japanese shmups.
Most jap shmups are never released in the US, so the only way to play them is with a mod chip!
Also, alot of fighting games like tekken/soul calibur are released in japan many months before the US release.
I agree that the majority of mod chip users use them to play pirated games, but "99.9%" is just ridiculous.

Software to filter Internet access has been available for a long time for people who want it. Why should I pay for your software?
