I wonder what effect the used market has on CD sales.
It seems most stores now have a "used" section. I know I buy many more cds used now than I did a few years ago -- especially online where I can find stuff I'd never find in stock at the local store.
As for the CD format being dead - I hope not. While I subscribe to emusic and have bought some stuff off iTunes they are certainly not a replacement to physical media.
He is gay and he came out of the closet before the Stern show. He's now the announcer on the Stern show and as the first poster said he was great.
Tricking him into thinking he was speaking with the real Arnold Schwarzenegger not once, but twice was some of the funniest radio I've heard in a while.
They really need to get Takei back in the studio regularly.

I just picked up the new foo fighters album last night. I was worried when I saw the suncomm sticker on the case (after all I want the.mp3s on my ipod).
Popped the cd into the drive (auto run disabled), ripped the.mp3s without a problem (exact audio copy), and even played the cd with winamp.
I did all this without accepting any EULA or installing any special software.
What's the deal? Why don't I ever run into problems with this copy protection?
I have 1000+ albums in my collection and not one problem to report.
count me in as well
