    napster isnt breaking the law.

    people who are using it to swap illegally copied music are breaking the law.

    napster is providing a perfectly legitimate service for people to swap mp3 music files. the music doesnt even travel through napsters servers

    something similar to this was done in india not too long ago, they used railway tracks for network cable to take internet access to poor rural areas..
    dont remember where i saw it, if anyone has a url please post :P
